Our assets are located primarily throughout the Southeast, Central and Texas markets, currently including Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and New Hampshire. In addition to our development pipeline, we offer hundreds of managed sites on rooftops, retail centers and storage facilities.

How does the colocation process work?

It runs eleven steps from application to on-air. You submit an application; CTG reviews and approves it; you submit payment for engineering services; CTG performs engineering and drafts the site license agreement; you execute the agreement and submit installation documents; CTG reviews and issues NTP with a checklist; you install equipment and provide CX closeout documents. The site is then on-air complete.

Will CTG delay a build while looking for a second tenant?

No. We are committed to building on our anchor tenant's lease execution. CTG will not stall or delay the development of any asset based on finding a colocation to financially enhance the project. If we say we will build it, we will build it.

Yes. Before we even consider building a tower, we research a prospective site's relationship to the aesthetic, historical and environmental standards of the community. We hold community meetings, offered in both English and Spanish, so residents can take part in that dialogue.
